Competencies:
Repositioning as an economic imperative, not an environmental one.
Non-compliance with energy efficiency regulations in commercial building portfolios risks stranded assets, plus £billions lost in write-downs for the hedge funds and institutional investors that own them.

We needed to ditch the rhetoric in favour of the scientific, positioning the green tech company as one that sees sustainability as a solvable logical equation.
Product development focussed on highly calibrated ‘twinning technology’, capable of digitally modelling every component in a building to simulate, test and optimise carbon reduction quickly and at scale.
